All based around projects of Richard Kruder and Peter Dorfmeister (K&D, Peace Orchestra and Tosca), the G Stone sound is typified by clear-as-African-daylight production and a deeply, deeply dubby musical persuasion. This is the sound of a million cafes, a million hairdressers and a million Sunday mornings around the world basically, it's what middle-of-the-road - easy listening has mutated into in the 21st Century, much better than Dire Straits or Michael Bolton innit. If you like you beats reggae & hip-hop influenced, but still like a European twist on things, buy anything on G Stone and check it out - M.O.R. never got this far left of centre before.
