Finally available again but still rare as hens teeth is the full length album from Bressa Creeting Cake - an absolutely essential album for any fan of New Zealand indie pop. This playful threesome ruled the student radio airwaves back in the mid 90's with their pretty and slightly skewed pop songs. Inventive and unpredictable their debut (and only) album trips along through 15 songs never staying put in one place for too long. Bressa Creeting Cake disbanded as most of the good bands do but luckily the members have gone onto new projects and their songwriting flair can be heard in The Subliminals, Goldenhorse and in Ed Cake's new solo album Downtown Puff.

Seriously good New Zealand music and seriously highly recommended!
