With more squeaks, honks and clicks than a herd of rutting whales, Matther Herbert brings out a mix CD like nothing you've ever heard in your life - this is unique stuff. Don't get me wrong, this mix certainly doesn't fall into the 'challenging' category, it's actually quite good fun to listen to and holds your attention. Lot's of tracks by Herbert under his many guises (Wishmountain, Radio Boy) and some of the big names in leftfield techno (Theo Parrish, Green Velvet, Si Begg) make this one of the more outstanding CDs of this year. Well worth a listen by any music enthusiast and must-have for fans of new electronica.
