Another step on the Capitalrecordings road to compilation perfection. Progressing on nicely from 02, 03 still adheres to the blueprint set down by its predecessor : dubbed out electronica, but in this instance with a bit more 'ooomph' thanks to the inclusion of tracks like the Groove Armadaish "Clav Dub" by Rhombus, Flash Harry's "Alright" and the B-side to 02's highlight "Midnight Marauders" "Seconds" by Joe Dukie & DJ Fitchie aka Mu & Dallas from Fat Freddy's Drop. Add to this new material from Tubbs, DJ Vee and Audio Sauce, German outfit Mum (with the blues-inflected "Boychild") and Wellington jazz stalwarts Twinset - you've got a compilation that washes over you like a cool breeze on a warm Wellington day - and yes, they do happen! Essential. And it just got better - this superb compilation is now an excellent value "mid price" CD.
