The Otautahi All-stars are an informal collective of Christchurchs most ambitious up and coming musicians. They perform an original blend of live skankin summer-styled reggae with just the right hint of jazz. Assembled for the first time in January 2002 by Central Recordings Oakley Grenell the Otautahi Allstars feature members from Shapeshifter, Solaa, Verse 2 and Bunyip. If you like the sound of Fat Freddy's Drop, Trinity Roots, etc this sweet sounding collective is made for you. Recommended.
