Nominated for three Academy Awards, 12 Angry Men is a superbly acted and brilliantly written courtroom drama turned scathing social commentary. All but one find the defendant guilty, but slowly, reconsider their verdict until a remarkable conclusion is reached. Notably, the film takes place almost entirely in one room. A testament to the power of the individual, 12 Angry Men features an all-star cast including Jack Lemmon, Tony Danza and George C Scott.
