Shipping and delivery within New Zealand
CDs which are in stock or available locally through our New Zealand distributors
will be delivered within 2 to 8 working days from the date of your order. Imported
CDs (if not in stock) may take between 2 to 5 weeks to be delivered.
We offer one simple shipping (postage, packaging and handling) rate - courier anywhere in NZ at $4.75.
Shipping and delivery to locations outside New
To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible all international shipping
services (postage, packaging and handling) are by Airmail . You can calculate shipping costs on the
shopping cart page depending on where
you are in the world (you will need to add an item to your cart for "Calculate Shipping" to appear).
Rates on overseas packages are determined by weight. One
freight cost is applicable to each order.
Import duties and taxes vary depending on the country. Please check with your
local Customs Authorities for any import duties that may apply.
Shipping status on current orders
If you have placed an order and it has not arrived please check the current
status in your order history in your account. Delays
can occur with international delivery and if an item is out of stock. Please
contact us if you are concerned about delays in delivery.
Import Duty for the UK
Residents in the UK may be required to pay import duty of 3.5% on orders over
£18 a £5 Postage & Handling Fee may also apply in some areas. click here to see information obtained from UK customs
Damaged or faulty merchandise
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will provide a replacement
upon its return. If the item is no longer available we will issue a credit or
exchange the item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling
fees for replacement. If your CD jewel case arrives cracked or damaged, we will

Exchange of goods
We regret we are unable to exchange items, or accept returns for reasons other
than if they are damaged or faulty. Choose carefully as we do not refund or
exchange if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations
under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
